• _{• Group reservations are only accepted for groups of more than 10 skating guests. Reservations may be called in Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm or Saturday & Sunday 11am –  4pm, a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event.}

• _{• Group reservations must be paid via a signed credit card authorization form a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event.}

• _{• Discounted rates for schools/non-profits are not available from mid-December through early-January.}

• _{• Paid advance reservations represent minimum guaranteed attendance. No refunds are given for fewer attendee.}

• _{• If attendance surpasses the guaranteed number, additional guests will be charged on site at the Advance Reservations & Information Center. Acceptable forms of payment for additional guests include cash or credit card. No checks are accepted on site.}

• _{• No refunds. Tickets are not transferable.}
